What is most important to remember while teaching young children? To play, then teach. She believes that at this age children cannot just sit and read, and that as teachers, we need to be interactive.

Inspiration: As a child, Lallitha felt depressed because she did not have much knowledge due to language barriers. She wants to be a bridge for children in English medium schools by explaining materials in their language. She has learned 6 languages so that she can understand and help each individual child grow.
